現在TCB1Fの工場エリアでは生産真っ只中。
今日の写真はセナ君が帯裏の上下チェーンを縫ってくれています。
身頃と帯裏の間にベルトループを忘れないように挟んで行きます。
文章で説明しても伝わりずらいと思いますが、アイロンもしてない帯裏の生地をラッパに通して一回の工程で上下共に縫える仕組みは何度縫っても素晴らしく、考えた方に対しては本当に尊敬します。
チノパンも軍パンも同じ仕様ですが、売るというより支給品で大量生産が大前提だった事が想像されます。
ITやカメラでも感じますが奇しくもミリタリーだったから技術の革新が有った事には間違いありません….
そんな技術と服をファッションとしてデイリーに使えてる意味を深く噛み締め生産を進めて行きたいと思います。
（もちろんジーンズの技術も同じだと思ってます）
現在ベイカーの生産工程は終盤です。受注可能枚数も残り少なくなっております。

When sewing the same part on jeans, you can just go in one-stroke but for the baker case, you need to insert belt loops at the same interval so it’s a bit more frustrating haha. It’s a bit difficult to explain in a written form but you don’t need to iron the fabric, you just insert the raw fabric to the folder of the sewing machine, and you can sew both the top and bottom seam on the waist belt, which is quite an innovative way to sew a pair of pants. The person who invented this manufacturing process must be a genius, I’d say.

Most militar pants and chinos are made in the same way but I think the biggest priority was the production efficiency as supply, not as products to sell. It’s often said that wars developed innovations and there’s no doubt about it.
