昨日に引き続き現在予約受付中のBaker PTのメイキング。
ジーンズの巻き脱いでは基本的にアメリカのUNION SPECIALを使いますが、TCBのBakerは実は日本の巻縫いミシンを使います。
どうしてもUNIONだと縫う時の引っ張る力が強く、パッカリングが強く出てしまいMA-1の袖みたいになってしまう為、完成後の表情優先で使い分けています。

現在ベイカーの生産工程は終盤です。受注可能枚数も残り少なくなっております。

The production of Baker Pants is ongoing at our factory!
We usually use Union Special lap seam machines for most of our products but when it comes to Baker, we actually use Japan-made machines. If sewn with Union Special, it’s gonna create super strong roping effects on the seams and the vintage pants don’t show that kind of strong ones.

I think we will soon finish the production in a week or two!
