この生地って厚い？薄い？　色は濃い？淡い？　太さは太い？細い？
ジーンズの様々な質問を日々受けますが私はこの年代のジーンズを基準に答えてます。
この年代のジーンズは私に取っての北極星
山で道に迷った人が北極星を基準に方角を確認する様に、私はこのジーンズを基準に他のジーンズを作ってる気がします。
ただし私に取ってルーツすぎてもう7年は穿いてない気がします。
久しぶりに穿きたいな。香水屋さんでコーヒー豆を嗅ぐ様に一旦ここに戻るのは必要です。

It’s our 10th anniversary this year, meaning that we have been making our 50’s Jeans for 10 years.
If you ask me whether this or that pair of jeans is wide or slim, indigo color is deep or pale, fabric is thick or thin, I always answer those questions setting 50’s Jeans as a criteria.

I know it sounds cheesy for sure but 501 XX from 50’s to me is like the polaris for me. Like if you are lost in mountaineering or even trekking, the polaris guide you in the right direction.
But recalling my memories, I haven’t worn 50’s for 7 years or more now but writing this blog made me wanna wear 50’s again!. In perfume shop, you gotta smell coffee beans, right? I gotta wear 50’s to see where I’m at sometimes.
