ってお客様から問い合わせが届く事が有ります。
私たちに取って修理を受け付ける事が当たり前過ぎたのが原因で説明不足だったかも知れません…

もちろんTCBでは通常に着用して破れた、糸が切れた等の修理は無償にて受付可能です。
安心して長いお付き合いをしてくれたら嬉しいです。

今日ジーンズの修理を担当してくれているのはユミちゃん。
私との付き合いも10年以上ですがミシン歴は35年ほどになると思います。
全ての直しのジーンズに私が目を通してる訳では無いのですが良い色のジーンズが沢山届いてるみたいなので侮れなかった事を反省。

時々修理品と一緒にジーンズの思いや感想、全然関係は無いけど素敵なエピソードを手紙で頂く事も有って嬉しいです。
これからもTCBjeansの実家で有り続けたいと思います。

We often receive repair requests. For us, it’s completely normal to wear jeans while repairing so it might have been a lack of explanation about repairing.
We do repairing for any products from TCB for free of charge.(We ask you to take care of the shipping fee for overseas customers though) So, please wear your TCB jeans as you like.

Today, Yumi was repairing S40’s Jeans. I’ve been working with her for more than 10 years now and I think she has worked as a sewing person for more than 35 years. I can’t take a look at all the jeans delivered to us for repairing but I should check each one of them since our customers’ fades are amazing!

Sometimes, I receive letters telling me the memories with these jeans or some nice episode of their family and jeans. That’s one of the most heart warming moment I can get from running TCB JEANS.
