本日2022年2月22日は猫の日です。
しかも西暦にも22が入る今年はスーパー猫の日と言うらしく朝からニュースで話題でした。
という事は前回のスーパー猫の日は1922年　ジーンズで言えばサスペンダーボタンとベルトループが混同してた時代になります。
その頃になるとシングルステッチで縫い合わされてた後身の縫い合わせもチェーンの巻き縫いになりますし帯付けや裾もチェーンになります。
ジーンズの産業革命ですよね。
時々ジーンズを作れて凄いですね！って言って貰えますが私なんかからすれば100年前にチェーンステッチを開発した人が凄いよっていつも思う訳です。
100年休まずにTictac Tictac
今日も大好きな猫とジーンズに戯れて良い日にしたいと思います。

It’s 22nd Feb and it’s Cats Day (only in Japan?).
In addition, it’s 2022 this year so Japanese media says it’s a super cats day this year. The world is in very difficult situations but TV & media reports absurd news. Anyways, according to the news, the last super cats day was 1922. Speaking of the jeans of 1922, both suspender buttons and belt loops were attached to jeans.
Gradually, the lapping seam machines appeared in the scene so the hems started to be lap seamed and the same goes for the back york and the hip. In other words, it’s 1922 when the revolution happened in the jeans sewing.
Sometimes customers give us many compliments about the quality of our jeans but I honestly think we are not that innovative or good in making clothes at all but the person who invented the lap seams machines and the person who established the manufacturing process of jeans are extraordinary. It’s even more so considering it happened 100 years ago.

Anyways, it’s the day to cuddle your cats so enjoy your super cats day!
