コロナ禍には韓国のドラマにハマってた私ですがどうしても全話観ようと思うと長いので最近は時間が割けず居ました。
ふと何か面白くてライトに観れるドラマは無いかな？
とアメリカのドラマを探してて不時着してしまったのが
「HOW TO MAKE IT IN AMERICA」
NYでアメリカンドリーム掴む為に若者２人がジーンズで成り上がるというストーリー
現在シーズン2の途中まで観てて結末は分かって無いのですがシーズン1の１話では
『日本のセルビッジの生地だ』
『左綾の本藍手染め』
とかジーンズの話が出てくるんですが,徐々にジーンズの話がfade out気味なのは内緒です。
HBOが作るドラマのせいかSATCっぽさも有ったり8マイルっぽさもあったりGrand Theft Auto要素もある個人的には好きなドラマです。

I have just started to watch the season 2 and in Season 1 some lines like “Wow this is Japanese selvedge fabric.” or “Pure indigo dyed left hand twill fabric” popped up often but the storyline is going wild now!
