50’sの事を語る時にいつも出るのは私たちにとって50’sとはThe STANDARDで変わらない物。
生地が厚いのか薄いのか、色が濃いのか淡いのか、シルエットが太いのか細いのか、いつもこの50’sを基準に考えてる自分がいます。
20’sは生地が薄いね。意外と股上が浅いね。
30’sは耳がヒラ耳なんだ。腰回りがドレープしてるね。
40’sは股上が深いね。縫製が荒いね。
というのは全て50’sと比べて話をしてます。
そんな私に取って北極星の様な存在のジーンズを是非よろしくお願いします。

We have started to take pre-orders for our 50’s series.
For TCB, 50’s Jeans & Jacket are the very standard. We often get asked if a certain denim fabric is thick or thin, if a cut is slim or wide and our criteria is the 50’s.

20’s fabric is lighter and the rise is somewhat low.
S40’s have a high rise and the sewing is intentionally done wobbly.
30’s have a mid rise with roomy top block. All these explanations are based on the 50’s.
