劇中のタケシが２回も届ける事が出来なかったクリスマスプレゼント。
彼があの後どうなったかは想像の世界ですが、あの彼に影響を受けた私と専務がサンタクロースになり29年越しにお届けできたらとの思いで作りました。

良くも悪くも多様性の時代である昨今、きっと学生も大人も夜、家に帰宅したら、各々の好きな時間を過ごしてますよね？
私が中学生だった94年、ドラマを観た次の日に
『観た？』の一言だけで共有認識として盛り上がられるあの感覚はインターネットが無い時代ならではなのでしょうか。

ある意味便利になった現代ですが、もしかしたら今の中学生が大人になった時に、友達との共通の懐かし話がもし無いんだったら少し淋しいですよね。

現に私と専務は大人になってから同僚として出会いました。
生まれた場所も育ったエリアも違います。
年齢は２個違い。
でも同じ90年代を学生として過ごしたというだけで、同じ教室、同じ部室にいたかの感覚で話が盛り上がれるのはとても宝物です。

きっとこの話を聞いて
『めっちゃ分かる！』
って言ってくれる人は同世代の皆さん。　是非90’s話で盛り上がりましょう！
90’s話が全然付いてこれ無い次世代の皆さん、微力ながらに私たちが受けた衝撃を今度は次世代に与えたいと思ってます。
若者のすべても90’sの渋カジ具合も全然分からない海外の皆さん。私が何を言ってるかRyo君に上手に翻訳して説明をして貰って下さい笑。

For better or worse, it’s the era of diversity. After school or work, you might watch TV, Youtube, or play some video game, do whatever you like to do but when I was a junior high student in 1994, everyone watched the same TV program and the next day our conversation always started by “Hey, did you watch it?”
Of course it’s more convenient in everything these days than before but there would be less shared memories with friends than us when youth today grow up as an adult.

My best friend/our production manager, Taka, grew up in Kojima and he is 2 year older than me but I was born and raised in Hiroshima. I met him for the first time at the first company in Kojima I worked for and he was my colleague. But because two of us spent the days in the 90s, we had so many in common, the taste in fashion, which actor we liked, what dream we had, etc. In a sense, I feel the 90’s days without internet got us together to start TCB factory.

I think some of you can really emphasize with what I say and let’s talk about our days in the 90’s in Japan!
Back then in the 90’s in Japan, I think we had somewhat unique cultures away from the world trends or demands mainly because we are islands far from the west. When I was kid, I didn’t meet any foreigners in my life until 19 or something.

But anyways we have made the very basic chino pants that make you stay gold!
