比較的繊維長の短い綿を強撚にして生地にした強いコシ感や点で始まるS40’sの色落ち
と
繊維長の長い超長綿のジンバブエのしなやかさとS40’sに比べて線で落ちる50’sの色落ち

文章にしたら中々説明しずらい双方の生地の違いを視覚的に体感出来るのでは無いかと思い、紹介させて頂きました。
とてもカッコいい色落ちだと思いました。

These photos do show the difference in fade brought by two different fabrics.

S40’s fabric is made of hard spun threads the cotton fiber of which is quite short. We do this to reproduce the poor quality of the fabric used back then due to the war time.

On the other hand 50’s fabric is made of the softly spun threads and the cotton fiber is quite long.

Both good in a different way and which do you like?
