2020年9月より開始しましたS40s Jeans色落ちコンテストですが、もう1年経過ということで皆様の色落ちの共有をさせて頂きたいと思います。
S40sの生地は、TCBが所有するビンテージを元に強撚糸を緩いテンションで打ち込んでいるので、強い点落ちが一つの特徴で、皆様の色落ちにも
その点落ち感が見られます。　ここからもう少し履き込んでいけば、点と点が線となり、全体的にインディゴが抜けてくることで一気にビンテージの大戦ジーンズらしさが増してきます。

まだまだ暑い時期が続きますが、無理して履くもよし、秋まで寝かせるもよしです。TCBとしては、色落ちや日々の生活を共にするジーンズのダメージを含めて着用を気軽に楽しんでいただければ、それが一番嬉しいことです。

コンテスト終了は2022年2月末日を予定していますので、もう後半年といったところですね。

It’s been already a year since the S40s fade comp started so it’s time for the mid term report!.
S40s fabric was made in reference to the ww2 vintage pair that TCB owns, which brings strong dotty fades at first but when the dots fades get connected, it’ll turn out to resemble the vintage fades so keep enjoying wearing our jeans till the best fade!

It’s much hotter than usual in Hokkaido(the northern part of Japan) but I enjoy wearing these jeans for work!

コメント：サラリーマン事務職のため、在宅勤務や帰宅後、休日に毎日履いています。
ワンウォッシュで購入して、昨年9月から履き込んで、7月初めに初めて洗濯しました。
インスタで拝見する皆さんのような激しい色落ちはありませんが、少し自分のデニムになってくれていて、愛着いっぱいです。
今日、オリンピックで柔道の応援をしていましたら、思いました。今回のコンテストでも、階級別ってあったらいいなぁ、「サラリーマン事務職」のクラスとか。色落ち、弱めです… これからも、TCB JEANSからのワクワク、楽しみにしております。

I am an office worker so I wear my S40’s mainly after working or on holidays or, when I work remotely.
I bought one washed ver and started to wear mine from last September and held on with the washing till this July. My jeans haven’t faded like other competitors’ as far as I see them on IG but I’m quite happy that these jeans are finally showing my own fades. By the way, I was watching Olympic Judo matches the other day and it occurred to me that it would be great if a jeans fade contest is also held by class like “Weekend denim lover class”, lol. I’m looking forward to the excitement TCB brings in the scene! Cheers.

今回tcbのジーパンをはじめて購入しましたがクオリティすごいです!ヴィンテージジーンズの知識はないですが雰囲気最高ですね!

届いてコンテスト開始から一ヶ月、リジットのままパジャマかわりに使ってあとは普通に裏返して洗濯しています。洗剤もこだわらず。
普通に穿いてもいい色落ちなすごいジーンズだということがポイントです!
料理の仕事をしているときにいつも穿いており前掛けをしていたり、釣りのときにウェーダーの下に穿いたりしていることもいい色落ちに貢献しているかもしれません。

Jeans fade competition is such a great and enjoyable event even under these unstable situations world wide because of the Covid. S40s was actually my first TCB pair but the quality is superb. I don’t know much about vintage jeans but I somehow feel the jeans back them must have looked like this. The management must be laborious but my best wishes on the TCB team!

I bought a raw pair and used to wear them as a pajama for about a month and then just washed them when I felt like it. I always turn them inside out when I wash. I don’t really care about what detergent to use. Basically, I wear mine like when I wear any other clothes but they fade great. Isn’t that a proof that these jeans are of quality? This is also my partner pair when I cook and when I go fishing. So, some fades must be from apron or wader!

コメント：7ヶ月穿き込み、初洗い後の写真です。
裾は長めで穿いて、クッションのアタリ（裾ヒゲ）
が付きましたので、改めてdenimbaさんに『あっ、やっちゃった仕様』で裾上げして貰いました。
GパンGジャン共に36インチで愛用させて貰っておりますが、Gパンはブカブカなのでアタリを付ける為にGパンを2枚穿きして育成中です。
あとは、股の崩壊がコンテスト期間中どれだけ耐えてくれるかが課題です…

Been wearing this pair for 7 months and these pictures were taken right after the first wash.
I wanted to have the wavy fades below the knees so I started to wear them with long inseam for me at first and recently have them hemmed with the production spirits from the World War 2 era. I chose 36 for my jacket and 36 for my jeans so the jeans is quite oversized so that I’d worn them above another jeans.
I hope the crotch won’t get ripped till the end of the contest.

コメント：私は普段テレビの制作の仕事をしておりまして、デスクワークもあれば、現場やスタジオで駆けずり回って仕事をする時もあります。
糊付けなどはしておらず、自然なままの状態でほぼ毎日着用しております。テレビマンのジーンズの自然な色落ちが表現できていたら嬉しいです。

I work in the TV industry so I do desk works as well as go rushing around in studios sometimes. I didn’t use any
starch or anything but just wear them everyday. I’d be happy if you liked my jeans that are fading naturally from my TV works!

コメント:コンテストと言うからには上位にいきたいなと,9月1日から毎日毎日楽しみながら穿いてます。
コンテストに参加してる方はもちろん日々TCBを愛用愛着している皆様で、SNSを通してTCBジーンズの素晴らしさを日本はもちろん世界中に拡散されていくといいなと思っております。一番長く穿いていられるのは寝ている間だなと思い穿き始めから7ヶ月ほどは毎日寝る時も穿いてました。
あとは、TCBのインスタライブを観させていただいてお二人が質問に事あるごとに言っていた「あんまり気にしない」が一番カッコよくなるんだなと。実際カッコいい色落ち、着こなしをいつもお二人は目の前に見せてくれてるのではないかと。
そこからは洗濯もしたくなったらしてますし、まさに今は「あまり気にしない」がこだわりです。

As long as it’s a contest, I wanna aim for the top so I’ve been wearing them for every single day since 1st/ Sep/ 2020. I think most of the contestants are big fans of TCB but I hope people who don’t know TCB yet will get to know how great TCB is through this contest. I thought at one point that I could fade the jeans when I slept so for the first 7 months these jeans were my pajama as well.
I often watch TCB Instagram Live and in the streamings, Ryo and Hajime often mention that they don’t really pay any care to their jeans so I started to do the same like the two. And they actually show us great fades and styles on TCB IG or blogs so I also did the same for my jeans too, washing them whenever I felt like washing, etc.
