20’sJKに使用してる生地は20’sJeansに使ってる生地と同じになります。
TCBでは当時初めて糸からでは無く綿の段階から別注で作って頂いたので綿にも名前が付いてる思い入れの深い生地。
米綿と謳われてる生地は基本混綿になる事が多く数％他国の綿が入る事が多いみたいなのですがTCBではお願いして100%メンフィスエリアで採れた綿のみで作って頂きました。
8×8の12.5ozなのでスペックだけ聞いて頼りなく感じる人も多いみたいですが力織機の設定も良くコシが有るので耳のアタリ方やヒゲの入り方がしっかり入ります。
写真の通り色落ちの良さは実証済みなので是非20’sを試してみて下さい。

Thank you for the pre-orders for our 20’s Jacket. The fabric used on this new release is, as its name goes, the same as the one for our 20’s Jeans. It’s our first exclusive fabric which I even chose what cotton to use and its ratio for so it still is a very memorable fabric for me.

For many cases, JP brands say jeans are made of American cotton but they don’t usually specify the ratio because the cotton used in circulation in the Japanese denim industry is, in most of the cases, mixed with some other.
Then　why？　It’s cheaper because the circulation amount of the mixed American cotton is huge.

But for our 20’s fabric, we specifically use the cotton harvested in Memphis. We’ve made a bunch of sample fabrics but the one made of 100% Memphis resembled the fabric of the 20’s vintage 501 so we went for it.

You might find the fabric too thin to set some nice creases but it’s woven with the right balance and the spinning is well done on this model so that you can fade them into the vintage look! This is one of the best fabric of all TCB so I’d like you to try them if you haven’t!
