洗いが終わったGood Luck Jacket
Good Luckに採用してる1870年代のバックシンチは針金を曲げた原始的な構造。
量産時、業務用の洗濯釜に入れて洗って、大きな乾燥機に入れると曲がってしまう可能性や針金が生地に刺さってしまう事を懸念して今回の生産は後付けにさせて貰いました。
今日の専務は１着づつバックシンチを取り付けてくれております。
そんな彼が今日も穿いてたS40’sJeansも段々カッコ良くなっていってます。

The cinch for Good luck is basically made of a wire. So it may go bended or go through the fabric while the washing process so that we attach it as the very final process. Our manager is doing it one by one and we can soon start the delivery!
