ジーンズの縫製が完了したら裏にして洗い工場に持って行きます。
洗い上がったジーンズの耳をアイロンした後にもう一度表に返してから第三者による検品場に運ばれる訳ですが、TCBでは塩ビパイプとコンプレッサーを駆使して作られたジーンズをひっくり返す機械を使います。
これを持ってない会社だと腕にジーンズを通してひっくり返すのですが100本もひっくり返すと腕がヒリヒリしてきます。TCBではジーンズ返す君のお陰で繊細な素材のレーヨンのアロハシャツを着てても安心してひっくり返せます。

As soon as the sewing part is done, we turn all the jeans inside out to have them washed.
After the wash, we iron the selvedge for the jeans to develop the beautiful track road fade.

It’s quite a laborious work to turn 100 pairs of jeans inside out but we use this little machine made from a compressor and a vinyl tube. I don’t know why but not all the denim factories in Kojima have this machine but without this machine, you’ll get sore arms after a day for sure. But with this machine you can do it wearing a thin aloha shirt without a problem!

We used up one whole month to do a huge restock on 50’s. Once these stocks are gone, it’ll take a few months to get them back so don’t miss out the opportunity!
