We have 2 rookies at TCB. They are now doing such pretreatments as cutting belt loops as the assistants for our production manager.
They both used to work as a store manager for a different jeans shop before, which I also had experienced as the first step to work in the denim industry. Speaking from my own experience, I assume that our young boys will suffer from the big gap between their longings to make jeans and the fact that making jeans or working in the fashion/manufacturing industry can be a series of dull and simple work but we’ve all gone through that so you guys can too!
Working everyday at TCB will make you become a skilled jeans maker for sure and each day is like a dot for you.
Those dots will get connected together and then it’ll surely show some great fade in the future.
I seem to be telling a good story but it also means you get old like jeans fade, haha. But that’s the part of our life.
