最近は季節も良いせいか、休日になると向かうのは児島から北に１時間位かけて自然でのんびりしてます。
そして偶然先日は友人が週末限定の本屋さんをOPENした日だったのでお邪魔してきました。

20年間児島でパタンナーをやってる彼女から少し前に
『いつか本屋始めたいんだよね』
って構想を聞いてました。

一つの道をずっと極めて行く中でふと思いつきから始まったんでしょうが、
きっと服を作ってる人って私を含めてやりたい事しか出来ない人たちですからね。
私も『いつか』を形にしていく人生をこれからも歩んで行きたいと思います。
友人から良い刺激を頂きました！

We’ve been having good sunshine these days so I enjoy some driving on holiday and I drove a hour to the north Okayama the other day to visit a small book shop which my friend recently started.

The owner of the book shop is my friend as well as TCB’s patten maker and she’s been saying it’s her dream to run her own book shop someday.

She’s been on her own journey to master the pattern making but she’s also a bookworm herself.
Like me, people in this industry can do only a thing or two which one really loves. We are the farthest from multi-tasking, you know. I have my own dream other than to be a denim maker so her determination gave me more motivation to pursue my own!
