と言われちゃいそうですが…..
1940年代ARMY AIR FORCEのメカニックマン用のCAPを再現したTCB40’s CAP を補充しました。
この帽子はツバの部分にプラスチックの芯を挟むのでは無く、Vintage同様に厚みの有るダック生地を挟み、何度もステッチを繰り返す事によってツバにハリを持たせてます。
なので汗を掻いたなと思えば気にせず洗って頂けますし、ツバを好きな形に折ったりフリップアップして被る事が出来るのが特徴です。
当時のメカニックマンの写真を観ても狭い所に顔を突っ込んで作業をする際にツバが邪魔なのかクルクルっと丸く巻いてたり後ろに被ったりと様々です。

帽子で色落ち後の事まで想定してる生地は少ないですが、横糸をカーキ色にトップ染めした10.5OZの生地。
色落ちし始めてからもカッコいいので育ててくれたらと思います。

I know you say it’s too late but we have restocked our 30’s Cap.
It’s made referring to 40’s Army Air Force mechanic cap. In the brim, we’ve used duck fabric as its core just like the vintage so that you can just wash them at home. You can also have the brim pointing up wards like the mechanic guys from the old days.

Not so many brands think about the future fade when it comes to these denim small items but we use our exclusive fabric with the wefts dyed in khaki so you can enjoy the vintage-like fade for these caps!
