朝晩は少しだけ暑さがピークアウトし強引にGジャン生活を再開してる方も多いのではないでしょうか？
そんな秋服フライング野郎の皆様、残暑見舞い申し上げます。

御多分に洩れずTCBでもチラホラと一瞬でもGジャンを着て仕事してるスタッフを見かけます。
私もGジャンを着たり脱いだりの池乃めだか状態です。
そんな中,久しぶりにRyo君が着用してきたS40’sJKです。
彼は比較的洗う方だし,表にして乾燥機も使うので袖が山折りになった部分に白く筋が入っております。
恐らくこの筋が入ってしまった時、大半の方はショックを覚えると思うのですがRyo君は気にしません。
確かに先日MOTOの本池さんが着用してたVintageの大戦JKは肩から袖まで1本筋が入ってました。

それってVintage着てるの？と聞きたくなる様な色落ちは案外何もケアせずに着込んで洗った後に出来上がる色落ちなのかも知れません。
一方私は？となると10代の頃から未だに洗いを抑え気味にする癖は抜けておらず強めのコントラストを狙いがちです。
明日は私のS40’sを紹介しましょう。

Finally, we are having cool mornings and nights these days and I guess some of you have already started your denim jacket fade journey this year. We are of course ones of those people.
When it’s a bit hot, I take my jacket off and when it’s a bit cool I put it on so I’ve been having a hectic denim jacket life these days lol.

Our guy, Ryo, is one of them and he recently show up at the office wearing his S40’s Jacket. He wears his denim more often than me and he always uses tumble dry without turning the jacket inside out so that it’s caused the jacket to have the fold fade on the left arm. I guess most denim fans would get disappointed at this but he doesn’t care. But if I recall, Moto san from Moto leather have the similar attitude towards his denim.

Maybe, the kind of fade that make us wanna ask if it’s vintage or not is the result of the very natural attitude towards denim. In contrast to Ryo or Moto-san, I always hold on washing, wash with care, trying to have high-contrasted fade but there is no right answer in how to wear your denim!
