ずーっと作って無かった40’s CAPを補充しました。
この手の帽子の良さってブリムにプラスチックの芯を入れてる訳では無いから汗をかいたなって思えば洗濯機で洗って貰って良いし、バイクで出かける時に、ヘルメットを外した時用の帽子が欲しくなるんだけどバッグに畳めてかさばらない帽子は重宝するのでは無いでしょうか？
DENIMのCAPっていう言い方をしちゃうと珍しくもなんとも無いですが、色落ちしてもカッコいいDENIMを採用してる帽子は意外と無いんじゃないかな？って思います。
生地は実際にvintageのUS ARMYのDENIMを参考に作られてて、緯糸が生成りでもグレーでもなくカーキなのが特徴です。
『真夏に生産を間に合わせれば良かったのに！』

この帽子は縫製完了後TCBで洗い、山縣君が１個づつ哀愁漂わせながら干した上でお届けしております。

We haven’t been able to do a restock for our hats/caps but finally, the caps are back.
I think the best point about this hat is that there is no　padding. If you get sweated wearing a cap, you just wash without caring about losing shape.
Denim caps are every where among any brands but I think there are few brands who think about the future fade for caps. The fabric is made in reference to vintage US army denim and what is unusual about this fabric is that the wefts are not ecru or grey but khaki dyed. I guess you wanted us to have these caps back before the summer. We know it but we couldn’t make it in time…. But for the next summer we guarantee that the fade will be great on these caps!
