現在予約受付中のS40’s Jeans
帯付けが終わり、バンザイ状態になったら脇のセルビッチをアイロンで割ります。
割った後に表に返すのですが、TCBでは誰が開発したのか水道管に使うような塩ビのパイプで作成したズボン返し機を使って表にします。
その後はお馴染みのUnion Special 43200Gを使って裾縫いという流れになります。
ズボン返し機の動きは写真では伝えれないのでTCB PVの1:34を確認して頂けたらと思います。
この機械は児島だけなのでしょうか？有る意味、動いてるUnion Specialより貴重な映像です笑

After finishing all the sewing, we will iron the selvedge so that jeans will develop nice truck road fade on the side. I think this machine is used only in Kojima but we have a machine to turn jeans inside out quickly. You might think it’s crazy but when it comes to turning 300 pairs of jeans inside out, it takes at least 3 hours so we definitely need this machine!
Videos about Union Special might be out there on YouTube but I guess this machine is rarer!
