昔、先輩に連れられて行った児島のいわゆる田舎のスナック
ママ一人で切り盛りしてるもんだからカウンターに客が3組位になると常連のお客さんがおしぼり出してきたり水割りセットの準備をしたり….
さて
TCBでは日曜日は井上一人で店頭に立ってるんですが、ごく稀にお客様が重なる事が有ります。
裾上げのUNIONの43200Gは１Fに有るもんだから１本お買い上げ頂くと他のお客様に、
『１Fで裾上げしてるのでどうぞ御自由に！』
って伝えて一旦店員がいない店になるのもしばしばです。
さぁ問題は３組以上が来られた時の場合ですが、もちろん遠くから来て頂く方が多いので、ちゃんと説明したいという気持ちが有るのですが中々至らない点も有ると思いますがゆっくりと楽しんで頂ければと思います。
私はその一人で３組を対応させて頂いてる状態を
『田舎のスナック』
と呼んでて、でもそんな事を誰にも伝えた事は無かったんですが、先日田舎のスナック状態の時にyoutuberのつるっとさんが来られて少しだけ撮影をして頂き名言として取り上げて頂いております。
私は緊張すると早口になり、自分で観てても何を言ってるか分からないシーンが有りましたが温かく見守って下さい笑
これからもTCB SHOPではスナックの様な憩いの場になるお店作りをして行きますので宜しくお願いします。

In Japan, there is a strong vertical relationship so if someone is older than you, you need to speak in honorifics. At school or workplace, this culture becomes stronger. My senior managers at the ex-company used to take me to a snack bar for many times, which offer I had no choice turning down (It’s like a pub but it’s a different pub from the one you know. I’d say only the people older than 40~50 goes to a snack bar. It’s usually small that only 5~10 people can enter)
Snack bars are usually run by only one woman so if 3~4 people comes, Mom(I don’t even know why but we call a bartender/store owner of a snack bar, Mom) gets busy, serving drinks, making some cocktails, preparing a hot wet towel etc.

Well, I am the mom at TCB factory shop on Sunday and sometimes I have 3~4 customers at the same time.
Our hemming machine is placed downstairs so that I have to leave only customers at the shop space and go down for the hemming sometimes. Actually, our customers usually come all the way from Tokyo, Osaka, like 300~500km away.So I’d like to explain about our jeans as much as I can but sometimes I physically can’t but feel free to visit us and relax and chill for as many hours as you want!

I usually describe this situation where a shop is run by only one guy and there are many customers as a snack bar in a countryside town. The other day, a JP denim youtuber came along to our shop and he liked the expression very much. (only in Japanese though). I tend to speak much faster when I feel nervous and I couldn’t even figure out what I was saying in the video, lol but hope you’ll like his TCB tour video.
