現在TCB1Fの縫製工場エリアでは予約受付中のTCB20’sJKを縫製中ですが同じ生地で作られるTCB20’sJeansの生産スケジュールが確定したので予約再開とさせて頂きました。
これで20’sJKを予約して頂いてる方の、セットアップで穿きたいんだけどこの生地のジーンズは有る？問題が解決です笑。
今日の写真は20’sJKのフラップのボタンホールを開けてる水谷君。
30’sJKや50’sJKのフラップはシンメトリーでセンターが出しやすいのでボタンホールの位置出しは簡単なんだけど歪な形の20’sのホールは気を使うと思います。1stロットの際、専務がミリ単位のズレを調整してくれてました。

We’ve fixed the next production schedule for our 20’s Jeans.
We already started the pre-order for 20’s Jacket a while ago but we can finally have 20’s tux back before the end of this year.

Today’s pics are of our new guy, Mizutani, who is in pictures applying buttons holes on the flap of the jacket. Speaking of the flap, the one of 50’s Jacket or 30’s jacket is symmetry so that you can easily find the center to apply a button hole but 20’s flap is a bit irregularly shaped so it’s a bit tricky!
