売り切れ中だったTabby’s Work Pantsの補充が完了しました。
使用してる生地はTabbys JKと同じ青味の強いDenimです。新品時は大人しい印象ですが、落ちてくるとガラッと表情が変わる大好きな生地です。
マニアックな説明を付け加えるとライトオンスの8-10ozの生地は組織が2×1のDenimを使う事が多いですがこのDenimは10ozながら12-14ozによく見られる3×1を採用してます。
なので綾目が立つ分、生と落ちた時の表情にギャップが有るのはそのせいだと思います。

The fabric used for these pants are the same as the one used for Tabby’ jacket. The color is deep blue and it may look somewhat flat and boring at the beginning but once it’s faded it will show another side of this great fabric.

Usually light ounce denim such as 8 ~ 10 OZ is woven in 2*1 structure but this 10 OZ fabric is woven in 3*1 which is often used for 12~14 OZ denim.

Washing work is quite tough so that he faded his pairs amazingly fast!! He needs to wear rubber boots in the factory so some unique fades can be seen at the bottom!
