Our factory consists of 4 floors.
1F – Sewing factory
2F – Shop and office
3F – Fabric-cutting factory and warehouse
4F & Rooftop Not used at the moment but in the future I’m thinking of doing something interesting there.

今日の写真は3F 裁断工場エリアです。
Today, we’d like to show some pictures of the 3rd floor.

6枚目の画像を観て頂きたいのですが、別注で作ってる生地にはTCB品番が付けられておりTCB-002は50’sに使われてる生地になります。
In the 6th picture, you can see our fabric roll with the TCB article number on the label and it says TCB-002, which is the fabric for our 50’s models.

基本的にデニムのロールは1反50Mとされてますが、TCBでは防縮加工を施す前の生デニムの状態で巻き取りますので大体1反55-57Mで納品される事が多いです。 In most of the cases, One roll of denim fabric is 50m but TCB only uses the unsanforized denim ,as in before shrinkage, so that the roll is about 55~57m.

We’ve had more and more numbers of overseas customers and voices from them asking for more details on the products so that we finally made one for all TCB fans from the world! The translation and the website making was all done by our new man, Ryo, let him know if you have any questions on the product description or anything particular you’d like to know about TCB! He’s going to work on some blog posts to show what we do!
