昨日の20’s Jacketの予約開始と重なっちゃって申し訳無いですが、30’s Jacketと30’s Jeansの予約も受付開始させて頂きます。

Vintageコレクター古泉さんの協力の元、おそらく１度しか水通しされてない1937年のVintageを参考に作らせて頂きました。
生地を科学的に研究してくれる機関に見せて考えたレシピは縦糸と横糸を同じ番手にする事でした。
糸のテンションも下げて織ってますので縦落ちと一緒に横落ちもするという独特の雰囲気です。

ジーンズで言えば歪な形のポケットやドレープの有る腰回りも30’sの大好きな所です。

ジャケットで言えば肘の所で切り替えてない１枚袖という所でしょうか？
おそらく新品時で見るより色落ちが進んだ頃に、より１枚袖が目立ち、気に入ってくれるディテールになるはずです。

Thanks to Mr. Koizumi, who is one of the most renowned vintage jeans collectors, TCB have reproduced 501 from 1937. His special pair is in a mint condition, probably washed only once before.
After the analysis of the fabric, we have concluded that the same thread was used both for warps and wefts of the jeans.

The jeans have a bit wonky shaped back pockets and roomy top block, which details I quite like.
Speaking of the jacket, it has one piece sleeve construction. As you wear and jacket fades, the one-piece sleeve will stand out more!
