女性のカバーオールやミリタリー、 フライトジャケットやレザーのダブルライダース。
そういう“男っぽい服”を女性が着ていると そのギャップが可愛いと思う男性は多いと思います。
僕もその一人です。
そして最近ふと気付いたのですが、 そのギャップの最たる例って 囚人服なんじゃないかと思いました（笑）。
いかにも無骨で、 男臭いイメージのある服。
でも女性が着ると、 どこか柔らかく見える。
今回のこのボーダーの囚人服も まさにそんな一着です。
生地がそこまで分厚くないので、 発売当時はリアルタイムで着るタイミングが無く、 正直ちょっと申し訳ない気持ちもありました。
でも、やっとこの服が 気持ちよく着られる季節が近づいてきました。

And recently I realized something.
The ultimate example of that contrast
might actually be prison clothes (laugh).
Clothes that feel rough,
almost stubbornly masculine.
But when women wear them,
somehow they look softer.
This striped prisoner jacket is exactly that kind of piece.
The fabric isn’t extremely heavy,
so when we first released it
I honestly didn’t have many chances to wear it in real time.
I’ve always felt a little sorry about that.
But now, finally,
the season where this jacket feels just right
is getting closer.
