現在絶賛受付中のS40’sJK
6月末まで受付して7月から生産が出来るように現在資材の生産がピークになっております。
We are taking the pre-orders for WW2 jeans & Jacket till the end of June and now we are preparing the hard wears for the new release.

今回のJKは大戦モデルになりますのでボタンの仕様は月桂樹ボタン。
As you know, the buttons are laurel wreath ones made of steel.

普通の月桂樹ボタンだとわざわざ作らなくても汎用品が有るのですが、当時の汎用品を再現しようと思うとやはり別注が必要です。
まずは素材を鉄にしてサビ止め等のクリアを吹かず素地のままにしてるので最初はピカピカですが徐々に錆が出ます。
The normal ones with some plate finish are common but if you want the steel made, unfinished ones, you need to make them.

それとやはり当時の雰囲気を出そうと思うとS字ワイヤーにして方向を気にしながら打ち込んでいく仕様にしました。
S shaped wire is embedded in the button for the authentic details back then. The same one used for the top button for the jeans as well.
ボタンはコンテストが開かれる40’sPTのトップボタンと共通です。
コンテストの参加者も100名を超え盛り上がってます。
More than 100 participants have already joined the contest! This will be the biggest contest ever for TCB.
コンテストに参加はしないけど、コンテスト仕様のジーンズが欲しいという方も大歓迎ですので6月末までの受付を宜しくお願いします。
Of course, the participation to the contest is not mandatory at all so if you want the special features of the contest jeans, we are waiting for your orders!

身長180cm体重84kgでサイズ44を着用しております。
This guy is Ryo, 180cm tall, weighing 84kg and he wears size 44 for the WW2 jacket.

34-38までは切り替え無し　40-50まではT−back仕様になります。
For the size 34 to 38- Without T-back and above 40 you’ll have the T.

念の為50’sJKのサイズ44を着用して貰いました。
30’JKと同じサイズを着用して下さいと御案内してるのですが、この写真を見る限り50’sJKと同じサイズを着用でも良いのかなと思いました。
本当は30’sJKの44を着て写真を撮りたかったのですが現在全く在庫が無く御了承下さい。（来週には完成します。）
in the next pic, he wears 50’s jacket in 44. It’s also a good choice for you to go for the same size as your 50’s jacket as well as 30’s.

鉄ボタンを証明する為にマグネットを貼って着用
ピンズや缶バッジより手軽にカスタムして着用を可能にしました。
The picture proves these buttons are made of steel. Dressing up with cat magnets (Hajime’s taste, haha)
