最近は別注のみならず、 TCBでは作れないような物を、 展示会にお邪魔したタイミングで個人オーダーし、 その中から少量だけTCB SHOPでも販売させて頂くという試みをしているWorkers。 本日入荷したのは2型。 一つ目はFoot Ball T。 先行して発売させて頂いた別注のダブルネーム Foot Ball Tは、 おかげさまで一瞬で完売となり、本当にありがとうございました。 別注では、あえて少し“草スポーツ感”のあるカラーに振り切りましたが、 今回のインラインは、いわゆる王道のフットボールT。 とはいえ、ただの王道ではなく、 舘野さんに聞くと設定は「ルイジアナ州の架空のチーム」。 この“どこかにありそうで、どこにもない感じ”が、 古着ともまた違う、Workersらしい面白さだと思います。 これからの季節は、 どうしても「ジーンズにTシャツ」というシンプルな合わせが増えてきますが、 そこにフットボールTを一枚入れるだけで、 ほんの少しだけ新鮮に見える気がしています。 派手ではないけど、ちゃんと違う。 そのくらいのバランスが、ちょうど良い一枚です。 7分丈の雰囲気も、十分楽しんでみて下さい。 もう一つが、バンドカラーのシャツ。 ポケットの位置的にタックインはしない想定だったのかもしれませんが、 キュンのコーディネートのように、 タイタニック号に乗る3等客室乗員のようなスタイルも素敵ですし、 Ryo君みたいに軽く羽織ると勝手にリゾートっぽくなり良いと思いました。 Workersの面白さって、 自分でも“1人アールL”って言ってるくらい（笑）、 スモールブランドながら ワーク トラッド ミリタリー スポーツ リゾート このポートフォリオの広さにあると思います。 TCBのように、ある程度メニューが決まっているブランドからすると なかなか考えられない振り幅なんですが、 だからこそ面白い。 そして、僕と舘野さんの普段の関係性もあってか、 こういう異なるジャンルの2つの服でも、 自然と合わせやすい。 「この2つでコーデすると、なんか良いよね」 そう思ってもらえたら嬉しいです。 From Workers, For Workers.

Recently, not only through special collaborations,
but also by visiting exhibitions and placing personal orders for pieces that TCB itself cannot produce,
Workers has been doing an interesting approach—
selecting a small quantity from those orders and offering them at TCB SHOP.
Today, we received two items.
The first one is the Football T.
The double-name Football T we released earlier sold out instantly—
thank you so much for that.
For that collaboration, we intentionally pushed the color toward a slightly “grass-sports” feel.
But this time, the inline version is more of a classic, traditional football T.
That said, it’s not just a basic piece.
According to Tateno-san, the concept is
“a fictional team from Louisiana.”
This feeling of being “somewhere, yet nowhere”
is what makes it different from vintage,
and gives it that unique Workers character.
As we move into this season,
simple outfits like “jeans and a T-shirt” become more common.
But just adding a football T into that mix
brings a subtle sense of freshness.
Not flashy, but clearly different.
That balance feels just right.
And the 3/4 sleeves—
please enjoy that atmosphere as well.
The second piece is a band collar shirt.
Judging from the pocket placement,
it may not have been designed for tucking in,
but styled like Kyung did—
it gives off a “third-class crew on the Titanic” kind of vibe, which is really nice.
Or, like Ryo,
just throwing it on lightly creates a relaxed, almost resort-like feel.
What makes Workers interesting is,
as Tateno-san himself jokes, calling it a “one-man RRL,”
even as a small brand,
it covers a wide range:
Work
Trad
Military
Sports
Resort
From a brand like TCB,
where the lineup is more focused,
this kind of range is honestly hard to imagine.
But that’s exactly what makes it interesting.
And maybe because of my relationship with Tateno-san,
even when combining pieces from completely different categories,
they somehow work naturally together.
“If you wear these two together… it just feels right.”
