TCB株式会社は、本日1/12をもちまして、創業18周年を迎えました。
今日の写真は、創業期の頃、
「ご褒美の日」に専務と2人で通っていたラーメン屋での記念撮影です。
あの頃の空気や匂い、
必死だった時間の感覚が、ふと蘇ってくる場所です。
ここ数年は、TCBの年数を“年齢”に見立てて、抱負を書くようにしています。
そして今年、TCBは 18歳 になりました。
まだ未完成で、
まだ不器用で、
でも、自分の足で立ち、
自分の意志で進み始める年齢。
「かっこいい大人だね」と言ってもらえる存在になれるように。
これからも、愚直に、真っ直ぐに、邁進していきたいと思います。
人生は YOLO。
きっと、あっという間。
だからこそ、一日一日を大切に進んでいきたい。

Today’s photo was taken at a ramen shop that my executive director and I used to visit together on our “reward days” back in the early days of the company.
It’s a place that instantly brings back the air, the smells, and the feeling of those desperate, all-in days.
For the past few years, we’ve been writing our aspirations by treating TCB’s years as if they were a person’s age.
And this year, TCB turns 18.
Still unfinished.
Still a little clumsy.
But finally standing on its own two feet,
and beginning to move forward by its own will.
We hope to become a presence that people can say,
“That’s a cool adult.”
We will continue to move forward—
honestly, straightforwardly, and with determination.
Life is YOLO.
It goes by in the blink of an eye.
That’s why we want to keep moving forward,
cherishing each and every day.
