弊社TCB株式会社が2017年11月頃から2018年1月頃までの間、日本国内及び日本国外において販売した商品「TCB20’s Contest jeans」　、「TCBjeans50’s ステッチ別注」について、株式会社フルカウント様が長年販売されている商品のデザインである事を認識しながら、それと同一又は類似した商品を製造及び販売をし、株式会社フルカウント様が所有されている登録商標（第5919610号）を侵害していたことを認め、購入されたお客様ならびに株式会社フルカウント様に多大なるご迷惑をお掛けしたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
また、上記対象商品の販売を中止したことを、こlこに謹んでご報告申し上げますとともに、対象商品をご購入頂きましたお客様には、回収の上、代金の払い戻しをさせて頂きます。今後、弊社では、二度とこのようなことのないよう十分留意し、より一層の管理体制強化に努める所存で御座います。
