前回、児島に来てくれたとき、
「日本で彼女にプロポーズするんだ」と話してくれた彼が、
今回は奥さんと一緒に遊びに来てくれました。
将来は、トロントで Cafe と TCB を扱うお店をやりたい——
そんな夢を、嬉しそうに語ってくれました。
いつかトロントで、
TCB のジーンズを眺めながらコーヒーを飲む日が来るのを、心から楽しみにしています。
When he visited Kojima last time, he told me,
“I’m going to propose to my girlfriend here in Japan.”
This time, he came back — now with his wife.
He spoke with a bright smile about his dream:
to one day open a shop in Toronto that serves coffee and carries TCB.
Someday in Toronto,
I look forward to the day when we can sit down with a cup of coffee
and admire a row of TCB jeans together.
