今日の児島は暖かかったこともあり、店頭ではキュンがジャケットを脱いで、 ヘンリーネックのTシャツをタックインして着用していました。
彼のキャラが存分に活きるスタイリングですが、 ベルトを使わずにシンチバックを絞り、ヒップに沿わせて穿く—— まさに 1910–30’s のスタイル。
頭にはキャスケット、首にはバンダナ、足元はガラスレザーのブーツ。
どこか「タイタニック号の三等船客」を彷彿とさせる雰囲気が素敵です。
私・井上では絶対にできないアメリカ像を、 自然体で提案してくれるところが、彼の面白いところだと思います。

Since it was warm today in Kojima, Kyun took off his jacket at the shop
and wore the pants with a tucked-in henley T-shirt.
It’s a styling that really brings out his character.
Instead of using a belt, he tightens the cinch-back and lets the pants follow the curve of his hips—
a true 1910–30’s way of wearing them.
With a casquette on his head, a bandana around his neck,
and glass-leather boots on his feet,
he looks like someone who could have been a third-class passenger on the Titanic—in a good way.
What I find fascinating is that Kyun naturally presents an image of America
that I, Inoue, could never express myself.
