形をVintage同様にリニューアルしてから、
想像していた以上の反応を頂いている S40’s Jacket。
無事にRestockが完了しました。

今回のリニューアル、
シルエットのみの変更とお伝えしていましたが、
実は細かい部分も少しだけ手を入れています。
例えば、プリーツの畳み方。
そして、ボックスステッチの入れ方。
普通であれば、
ボックスステッチのサイズを決めたら、
6つとも同じ大きさの長方形で縫うのが一般的だと思います。
ですが、TCBのS40’s Jacketでは、
あえて6つ全て、
Vintageと同じように一つ一つサイズを拾っているので、
全て違う大きさになっています。
ほんの少しの違いですが、
着た時の見え方や雰囲気に、
ちゃんと影響してくる部分です。
写真ではなかなか伝わりづらいところではありますが、
是非そのあたりも意識して見て頂けたら嬉しいです。
明日からの連休に合わせて、

Since we renewed the silhouette to closely match the vintage,
the S40’s Jacket has received far more positive feedback than we ever expected.
We’re happy to announce that it has now been restocked.

For this renewal,
we mentioned that the main change was in the silhouette,
but in reality, we also made a few subtle adjustments to the details.
For example, the way the pleats are folded.
And the way the box stitches are applied.
Normally,
once the size of the box stitch is determined,
all six would be sewn in the same rectangular shape.
However, on the TCB S40’s Jacket,
we intentionally measured each one from vintage references,
so all six box stitches are slightly different in size.
It’s a very subtle difference,
but it definitely affects how the jacket looks and feels when worn.
This might be hard to fully capture in photos,
but we’d be happy if you could take a closer look at these details.
The jacket will also be available in our TCB retail store
starting from tomorrow’s holiday weekend.
