時々お客さんから「ラテS40’s」と呼ばれるLate S40’s。
揚げ足を取るつもりは全然ないんですが、そう呼ばれるたびに頭の中でカフェラテが浮かんでしまいます。笑
ふと思ったのですが、美味しいチームづくりって美味しいカフェラテを飲むのに似ている気がします。
よく混ざってないと苦いところと甘いところが分離してダメ。
最後に飲み干す時に甘ったるいのもダメ。
甘さも苦さもバランスよく混ざり合うからこそ、美味しい一杯になるんだと思います。

From time to time, some customers call the Late S40’s the “Latte S40’s.”
I don’t mean to nitpick at all, but every time I hear it, I can’t help but picture a café latte in my head. laughs
It got me thinking—building a good team is a lot like drinking a good café latte.
If it’s not well mixed, the bitter and the sweet parts separate, and that just doesn’t work.
And if the last sip is overly sweet, that’s no good either.
Only when the bitterness and sweetness are balanced and blended together does it become a truly delicious cup.
The same goes for the Late S40’s—so let’s all wear them together.
