お盆期間中は、店頭限定でLate S40’sも販売中。 大人の夏休みも、もう少しですね。
遠方からの帰省ついでに立ち寄ってくださるお客様や、久々に顔を見せてくれる常連さんとの再会もあり、私自身とても楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
きっと交通費はもちろん、何時間もかけて遠路はるばるTCBまで来ていただいているんだろうなと思います。
もちろんサイズが合う・合わないという問題もありますが、ご来店いただいたお客様が帰り道に
「今日は良い日だったな」
と思っていただけたら、それが何より嬉しいです。
そういえば、本日公開されたMOTOの本池さんも 「手ぶらでは返さない！」 とおっしゃっていました。
もちろんそれは、無理やり何かを売りつけるという意味ではなく、思い出や経験も含まれてのこと。
私も、そんな一日をお届けできたらと思っています。
私の仕事は、TCBで過ごした時間や買った服が、翌日の仕事や学校をちょっと楽しく、テンション高くしてくれること——笑。 それでは、皆様のご来店を心よりお待ちしております。
During the Obon holidays, we’re offering the Late S40’s exclusively in-store.
Summer vacation for grown-ups is almost over.
This past week, I’ve had the joy of meeting customers who dropped by on their way back from visiting family, as well as seeing familiar faces I hadn’t met in a while. I imagine many of you travel hours—often from far away—not only spending money on transportation, but also making the time to come all the way to TCB.
Of course, there’s always the question of whether we have your size in stock, but if you could head home thinking,
“Today was a good day,”
that would mean the world to me.
Speaking of which, Moto’s Mr. Honike—featured in today’s release—said,
“Never let them leave empty-handed!”
And of course, he didn’t mean forcing a sale, but rather giving customers something to take away—whether that’s a memory, an experience, or a story.
That’s exactly the kind of day I hope to give you.
My job is to make sure that the time you spend at TCB—and the clothes you take home—make the next day at work or school just a little more fun, a little more exciting.
