3月30日発売のHailMary Magazineにて、 表紙と裏表紙を含めて、かなりのボリュームで特集して頂きました。
今回、何より嬉しかったのは、 一緒に働くメンバー、 そして、普段から僕が甘えまくっている工場長にも しっかりフォーカスして頂いたことです。
私は普段から、
「会社をどう作るか」
を考える時、 こんなことを思っています。
お店に行って、 名札がなければ誰が店員か分からない。
それって、少し寂しいなと。
TCBでは、 「あ、Ryoくんがいるな」とか、 「キュンがまた店いじってるな」とか、 「山縣くん出荷してるな」とか。
そんな風に、 来てくれた人の中に“人の名前”が残る店でありたいと思っています。
最近は、 コンビニとかチェーン店では名札をしててもイニシャルで本名を消す時代になってきました。
でも、だからこそ時代に逆行してるかもしれませんが、 人にキャラクターがあること、 名前で覚えてもらえることって、 すごく大事なんじゃないかと思っています。
今回の特集は、 そんなTCBの空気をそのまま切り取ってもらえた気がして、 自分にとっても、とても大切な記録になりました。
10年後、 このページを見返して、
「俺、ギブスしてるじゃん」
って笑えたらいいなと思います。

In the March 30th issue of HailMary Magazine,
we were featured across a substantial number of pages, including both the front and back covers.
What made me happiest about this feature was that it didn’t just focus on me,
but also highlighted the people I work with every day—
especially our factory manager, whom I rely on heavily.
When I think about how I want to build this company,
there’s something I always come back to.
When you walk into a store and no one is wearing a name tag,
you can’t tell who works there.
And somehow, that feels a little lonely.
At TCB, I want it to be different.
I want people to feel things like,
“Oh, Ryo is here today,”
“Kyun is rearranging the shop again,”
or
“Yamagata is working on shipments.”
I want our customers to leave with people’s names in their memory.
These days, especially in convenience stores and large chains,
even when staff wear name tags,
they often use initials instead of their real names.
Maybe what we’re doing goes against the times.
But that’s exactly why I believe it matters—
that each person has their own character,
and that they are remembered by name.
This feature felt like it captured the atmosphere of TCB just as it is,
and for me, it has become something I’ll truly cherish.
Ten years from now,
I hope I can look back at these pages and laugh,
saying,
“Man, I was in a cast back then.”
