先日、YouTubeの撮影でテリー伊藤さんがTCBに遊びに来てくださいました。
TCBの工場スペースやショップはもちろん、暑い中、LateS40’sJKを着用して頂き、児島の街を一緒に歩いたり、USED加工の工場にもご案内したりと、盛りだくさんの一日になりました。
ちょうど私とテリーさんが二人で移動していた時には、スマホで大谷選手のピッチャーでの登板をライブ配信で観戦しながら、
「行けー！！」と少年のように声をあげて大盛り上がり。そんな無邪気な姿に、こちらも嬉しくなりました。
私は以前から、テリーさんの口癖でもある「ままならない」という言葉が大好きです。
うまくいかないことも含めて面白がる、その姿勢に学ぶことが多いですし、私もそんなふうに、いつまでも少年のような心を忘れずにいたいと改めて思いました。
どんな動画に仕上がるか、今からとても楽しみです。

そう言えば子供の頃、大人になったらねるとん紅鯨団に出てみたいと本気で思ってたんだよな笑
The other day, Terry Ito came by TCB for a YouTube shoot.
He took the time to explore our factory and shop, and despite the heat, he even put on the Late S40’s Jacket and walked with us through the streets of Kojima.
We also visited a factory that specializes in vintage-style processing, making it a packed and memorable day.

At one point, it was just Terry-san and me moving between locations, and we ended up watching Shohei Ohtani pitch live on a smartphone.
We both shouted, “Let’s go!!” like two excited kids—it was such a genuine moment, and seeing that side of him really made me happy.

I’ve always loved one of Terry-san’s signature phrases: “Mamanaranai” (things don’t always go the way you want).
There’s something inspiring about the way he embraces the unpredictable with humor and curiosity.
It reminded me that I want to keep that same youthful spirit, no matter how old I get.

I’m really looking forward to seeing how the final video turns out.
