数ヶ月前、S40’s JKを縫製していたある日の工場の風景です。
Gジャンになると、製造工程の後半は巻き縫いが大半を占め、同時に3台のUNION SPECIAL 35800Gが動くことも珍しくありません。
その時、工場にはUNIONの音が輪唱のように響き渡り、空間全体が縫製のリズムに包まれていました。

あの日縫っていたS40’s JKとS40’s Jeansは無事に完成し、現在オンラインストアとTCB SHOPにて販売中です。

A few months ago, this was the scene at our factory as we were sewing the S40’s Jacket.
In the later stages of making a denim jacket, most of the process involves felled seams, and it’s not uncommon to see three UNION SPECIAL 35800G machines running at the same time.
Back then, the sound of the UNION machines echoed through the factory like a round of singing, filling the space with a rhythm unique to the sewing process.
