4月から入社の広瀬君にUNION SPECIAL43200Gでの裾上げを教えてる溝口君。
文章で書くと紛らわしいけどこういう時間って、広瀬君がミシンを覚えてくれる事を期待する以上に教えてる溝口君の成長の良い機会だったりします。
ミシンって教わるより、教える方が何倍も難しい気がします。
私なんて見て覚えろ世代の最終世代。ロジックで説明するのが下手くそで感覚でしか伝えれてません。
でも年齢は置いといて、教えてる時、教える立場になる事が1番の成長の機会の気がします。

一方広瀬君も入社して２週間ほどなのに東京でのPOPUPの店番を頑張ってくれました。
メチャクチャ疲れたとは思いますが、経験というステージが成長を感じる機会になれば嬉しいと思います。
It’s Growing up!

Mizoguchi is teaching Hirose, who joined the company in April, how to hem clothes using the UNION SPECIAL43200G.
It may be confusing to write it down, but these times are more of an opportunity for Mizoguchi to grow as he teaches Hirose, rather than hoping that he will learn how to use a sewing machine.
I feel that teaching a sewing machine is much more difficult than being taught.
I’d say I am the last generation of the “watch and learn” generation. I am terrible at explaining things logically and can only communicate by feeling.
But age aside, I feel that being in a position to teach is the best opportunity for growth.

Meanwhile, Hirose has only been with the company for about two weeks, but he worked hard at the POPUP store in Tokyo.
I’m sure he was extremely tired, but I would be happy if this stage of experience gives him an opportunity to feel his growth.

TCB SHOP will be open during the Golden Week holiday.
*Factory will be closed according to the calendar. During this period, the store is expected to be crowded, so if you bring in your jeans with a hemming request, we may respond by mail at a later date.

In addition, the shipment and inquiries on the web shop will be operated according to the calendar, so it will be closed on 4/27 (Sun), 29 (Tue), 5/3 (Sat) to 5/6 (Tue).
