先日発表した際は大好評過ぎて一瞬で完売したCAT HEAD JK。 TCBでは今までも過去に作ったカバーオールのラインナップとして、デニムは継続して作り続ける。 それとは別に、ダックやストライプ系をその都度一回だけの生産として作らせて頂いてきました。

そして今回もCAT HEADシリーズでは継続的にデニムを作成し、それとは別に時々面白い生地と出逢ったら採用して行きたいと考えています。 そして本日発表させて頂くのが Khaki色のDrill になります。

この生地は1940-50’sのCarharttのショップコートに使われてた生地を再現して作成しました。 経糸12番、緯糸10番の9oz。粗野なムラ糸を使用している為、生地の表情に凹凸感が有ります。 上品なトラウザー等に使われてる様な生地と違って打ち込みがざっくりとしてるので、ワーク感も溢れる生地です。

もしかしたら中に白シャツとネクタイを合わせてアメトラ感を出しても素敵かもと思いました。。

The Cat Head Jacket was so popular that it sold out in an instant after its release. TCB will continue to make denim ver as a part of the lineup of chore jackets.
And this time, we would like to use an interesting fabric. Today, we will be announcing the khaki drill ver. This fabric is a reproduction of the fabric used in a Carhartt shop coats from the 1940s and 1950s. 9oz warp threads 12 and weft threads 10. The fabric has an uneven texture because it uses rough uneven yarn. Unlike fabrics used for elegant trousers, the weave is rough, so it has a work-like feel.

I thought it might be nice to wear a white shirt and tie underneath to create an American traditional feel.
