去年の4月に入社したのでもうすぐで1年が経ち、ルーキーイヤーが終了する溝口です。
私の児島での1年目といえば、出勤できただけで当時の上司から「よく来たね！」って褒められるくらいで（笑）
入社した時からジーンズもGジャンも縫える状態の溝口は、当時の自分と比べると本当に優秀だなぁと思います。

自分の頃を振り返ると、正直つらい時の方が多かった気がします。
でもそんな時こそ、
「今穿いてるDENIMがいい色になるまでは頑張ろう」
って、よく自分に言い聞かせてました。

そうして次の4月で、気付けば25回目の児島の春を迎えます。

溝口のルーキーシーズンも、そろそろ終わりが近づいてきました。
でも、仕事で積み重ねた経験や、全力で働いて色落ちさせたジーンズの思い出や経験は絶対に色褪せないと思うのでこれからも頑張って欲しいと思います。
“Rookie Season Never Fades”――絶対に色褪せない
TCBjeansが、皆さんにとっての戦闘服だったり、充電用の服だったり、
そんなふうに生活に寄り添う存在になれていたら嬉しいです。
Mizoguchi-kun joined TCB in April last year, so it’s been a year and his rookie year is coming to an end.
When I think of my first year at Kojima, I was praised by my boss at the time for just coming to work, saying “Nice to see you in the morning time today!”
Compared to me at the time, Mizoguchi was already able to sew jeans and denim jackets when he joined TCB, so I think he is really talented.

Looking back at my time, I honestly think there were more difficult times.
But it was at those times that I would tell myself,
“I’ll keep working hard until the denim I’m wearing now turns a nice color.”
And so, and before I know it, it will be my 25th spring at Kojima.

I think the experience he’s accumulated know-hows at work and the memories and experiences of the jeans he faded by working hard will never fade, so I hope he will continue to do his best. “Rookie Season Never Fades” – I would be happy if TCBjeans, which never fade, could become your battle clothes, your charging clothes, and a part of your daily life.
