久しぶりにご来店くださったお客様の50’s。
膝裏に刻まれたハチノスがあまりに印象的で、思わず撮影させていただきました。

聞けば、「特別なことは何もしていない」とのこと。
もしかすると、あれこれ気にせず自然体で穿くことが、かえって天塩にかけたような色落ちを生むのかもしれません。

ジーンズの色落ちは、生き方の写し鏡。
一生懸命に生きていれば、その軌跡はジーンズにも刻まれる。

A customer who hadn’t visited in a while came in wearing a pair of 50’s jeans, and the honeycombs behind the knees caught my eye, so I had to take a photo.
When I asked, he said he hadn’t done anything special—just worn them as usual.
Maybe, ironically, not paying too much attention to them nurtures the denim’s fade as if it were carefully looked after.

But in the end, the way jeans fade is a reflection of how we live.
If you want a great fade, just live your life to the fullest—your jeans will naturally reflect that, like a mirror.
