半年ぶりにSwedenに行ってきます。
今回は体験したことの無い寒さの時期に行く事もあり、めちゃくちゃショートの滞在。

冬の北欧は初めてですがおそらく太陽が昇ってる日照時間は6-7時間。
そんな環境下を素敵に楽しむために、素敵なキャンドルや日本でも馴染みが深いマリメッコの様なカラフルなホームファブリックが生まれたんだと思います。

いつもは旅のお供にLeicaを連れて行くんですが、前回Swedenに行った際にTrue Fitの撮影をしたカメラマンのFredrikと話す機会がありHasselbladで撮影してるよと教えてくれたのでSwedenの景色はHasselbladで収めたいと企んでいます。

I’m going to Sweden for the first time in six months.
This time, I’m going during a cold season but I’ve never experienced winter in Europe before!

The sun is probably up for 6-7 hours.
I think that beautiful candles and colorful home fabrics like Marimekko, which are well known in Japan, were created to make it possible to enjoy the home time in such a severe winter environment. I usually take a Leica with me on my travels, but when I last went to Sweden, I had a chance to talk to Fredrik, the photographer who shot True Fit, and he told me that he shoots with a Hasselblad, so I’m planning to capture the scenery of Sweden with a Hasselblad. “Hey Viktor! Where can I photograph the northern lights?”
