Boss of the cat overallsにBKBKを追加しました。
いつも新色を追加する時に自分が楽しんでるが配色のバータック
過去に観た様々な年代のカバーオールやオーバーオールに使われてる変な色を控えておいてTCBでここぞという時に使う様にしています。
今回のBKBKに合わせた色は燻んだピンクです。
綿糸を使ってるのでこのピンクの色が抜けてくるのがカッコいいのですが…
段々と最近は綿糸を作るのも大変になっていてバータックだけでしか使わないピンクの糸を用意しようと思ったら糸を30本発注する必要があります。
糸の30本といえばオーバーオールで全部使おうと思ったら何千本用
大変ではあるけど、着込んでいって、ピンクが褪せ始めた時に、綿糸にして良かったな。
と思う瞬間です。

We’ve added a new color variation to our Boss of the Cat Overalls.
When we add a new color, I always secretly enjoy what color to choose for bartucks.
Looking at vintage pieces, they sometimes have really cool & eccentric color used and I choose a color from the archives.
This time,I thought this burnt pink matches the BK color.

These bartucks are sewn with cotton threads so as you wash the pink will get faded too but it’s getting more and more difficult to procure cotton threads in this rare color.
The minimum order is about 30 rolls of thread, which is well over for the bartucks of more than thousands of overalls. But after a long time of you loving these overalls I can see you put on a smile looking at the faded pink bartucks. TCB is for the kind of people, haha.
