今日の写真は20’sと20’s
同じ生地になりますが色落ちの方向性が全然違います。
サイズが大きい方は私井上が１年半ほど着用した物になるのですが、1920年代という時代感を妄想して化学的に白くするような洗剤は当時使ってないよなと仮説して洗濯時は洗剤を使わずにお風呂に入った際にボディシャンプーで洗って付き合ってました。
結果、黄変して燻んだ色味に仕上がりワーク感が強いと言えば強い。汚いといえば汚いけどカッコイイ色落ちが完成しました。
もう一方は細かく確認は出来てませんが適度に洗剤を入れて青さを保ちつつ、コントラストもついたブルーな色落ちになります。

どっちがカッコ良いカッコ悪いとかよりも、それぞれにそれぞれの良さが有る色落ちだなと思います。
同じ生地でもこれだけの差が生まれるんだと参考にして頂けたらと思います。

Today’s photo is of the 20’s and the 20’s

The fabric is the same, but the fading is completely different. The larger is the 20’s jeans I, Inoue, wore for about a year and a half but I imagined that they didn’t use detergents to chemically whiten the jeans back then so I washed it with body shampoo when I took a bath without using detergent.

As a result, it turned yellow and had a smoky color, which has a strong work-like feel. It’s dirty, but it has a cool fade.

I couldn’t check the other one in detail, but I added a moderate amount of detergent, which maintained the blue color and faded it to a blue with contrast.

Rather than whether one is cooler or not, I think each one has its own merits.

I hope you can use this as a reference to see how much difference there is in the same fabric.
