新作のLateS40’s の1st Lotの生産が終わり残る工程は洗いと検品工程でしょうか。

お陰様で大好評を頂きまして、先日第二弾の生産の予定が決定したので予約を再開させて頂いております。
生産するにあたり、仕様を間違えないように工場長が縫製サンプルには注意書きがベタベタと貼られています。
LateS40’sは糸が一色使いだからあまり目だないんだけど、箇所箇所で糸の太さやステッチのピッチを全部調節して縫い上げています。
糸の運針ピッチなんかは面白くて大戦の前後の時代に比べて基本的に広めなのが特徴です。
もしかしたら広くした理由はピッチを広めにとる事により、糸の使用量を減らしたかったのかもしれません。
結果的に偶然ですが大戦モデルの迫力を拍車を掛けたのには間違い無いかと思います。

Thanks to your support, we have received great feedback and have recently decided on the schedule for the second batch so we are now accepting reservations again.
When producing, the factory manager sticks warning notes all over the sewing sample to ensure that the details are perfect.
The Late S40’s uses a single color of thread so it is not very noticeable but the thread thickness and stitch pitch are adjusted in each area.
The thread stitch pitch is interesting and is characterized by being generally wider than the periods before and after the war.
Perhaps the reason for making it wider was to reduce the amount of thread used.
Although it was a coincidence, it definitely added to the impact of the WW2 model.
