2008年、縫製工場で始まったTCBが2012年にTCBjeansとしてブランド発足させて頂いてからあっという間の10年でした。
少し大袈裟に書きますが、私たちが作るジーンズってきっと衣食住の衣類には該当せず、贅沢品だと思います。
もちろん生活を彩る為には必要だけど、無くちゃいけないのか？
と言われればそんな事も無い物を作ってるのは十分理解しています。
穿いてくれる方、作ってくれる皆がいないと成り立ちません。
日本でのモノづくりがあと何年出来るか分からないなと感じるシーンも年々増えてきました。
もちろん逆らって行くつもりだし、関わってくれてる人は少しでも幸せに出来たら良いなと思ってる次第です。
10年前に私が掲げた言葉
「ジーンズのある生活をあなたに」
忘れない様にしたいと思います。
そして
今年のラストの写真はTCBの皆んなで集合写真。
私だけ浮いてて高級中華料理店のシェフの等身大パネルみたいになってしまいまいしたが気に入ってる写真です笑

10 years passed in a blink of an eye since TCB brand started back in 2012.
In Japan we say the necessities of life are food, shelter, and clothings.This might sound exaggerated a little bit but clothings are luxury goods. It’s good to color up your lives but it’s not a must, right.
Our business doesn’t work out without the support from you.

I’m not sure how long we can continue making jeans but as long as TCB lasts, we would like to make you feel happy and excited.

10 years back, I upheld the motto of TCB, TCB supports your life with a good pair of jeans and we will always keep this in mind.
