20’sJacketでは胸ポケットを縫い付ける際、止まる事無く強引に曲がるというのが重要だったのですが、次は時代設定を12年ほどズラして1937年の2本針の使い方という事を意識して進めております。角になると針を上げて旋回する。旋回することによって内側の針の糸が遊ぶから三角ステッチが生まれます。
フラップの短い距離だけでも4回旋回するもんだから40年代になるとまた丸く縫い始められます。
このトゥーマッチに縫われてた期間はとても短いので是非フラップにも注目して下さい。
大戦明けからはフラップとポケットが1工程で縫われますがこの頃はまだフラップは2工程に分かれており、フラップのみ1本針ミシンで四角縫いされております。
別工程だからなのかもしれませんがポケットの幅に対してフラップの方が少し大きいのも特徴です。

Due to the advancement in the sewing machines, we lift up the needle 4 times, at every corner, on this jacket.
I find it a bit too much but people back them must have been excited about the new feature haha.
