TCBでは織り上がった生地を３Fで吉川君が裁断をしてくれております。
平日に来店されたお客様が時々ドーンという大きい音に驚かれるのですが、その音は重たい原反を裁断台に乗せたりしてるからです。
裁断時の音も２Fでは響いており私個人的にはSHOPスペースのBGMになってると思ってるのですが苦しい言い訳でしょうか？
裁断士の職業病でしょうがマスクをしてても裁断中彼は何度もクシャミをします。
丁度彼の真下で私は仕事をしてるのですが、いつも心の中でBless youと唱えてる事を彼は知りません笑

Unlike normal sewing factories, TCB has our own fabric cutting space and our guy, Kick, is the man in charge of cutting. We have our shop space on the 2nd floor and the fabric-cutting space on the 3rd floor so sometimes our customers get quite surprised at the big sound shattering from the upper floor. That’s when Kick puts the fabric roll onto the cutting table. (A denim fabric roll is quite heavy! maybe about 15~20kg per roll)
This might be a bit of exaggeration but those sounds kinda add more base sound to the music on the 2nd floor?, haha.

It’s like an occupational side effect for people who cut fabric but Kick sneezes a lot because of much dust from the fabric rolls, maybe 10~ 20 times a day. I work right under where Kick works so I mutter Bless you to him but he doesn’t know that…
