友人の藤原洋菓子店の店主
観ててハラハラのお店のハウスルールが有る頑固親父スタイルですが、それはきっとお菓子を愛しすぎた結果。
そして作ったお菓子をベストな状態で食して欲しい。
だからこその事なんだと私は思っております。
取っ付きにくいキャラなんでしょうが、撮影中も熱くお菓子の事を語るもんだから、写真の殆どがラッパーみたいに手が動いてて、90%の確率でピンボケしてしまう…そんな熱い人です笑
先日の私達のインスタライブも観てくれてたらしく
LOG WOODNatural Indigoの2SETを予約してくれて、菓子職人ならではの色落ちも見せてくれそうです。
そして来る7/9-11 東京でPOP UPのイベントを予定してるみたいなので関東近郊の方は是非行ってみて下さい。

My friend and the owner of Fujiwara Pastry. His pastry has some tricky regulations when you buy some cakes but that’s a proof that he loves sweets too much so he does that because he wants you to eat sweets in the best way possible. When I was taking some photos of him, he talked a lot about sweets, like what temperature is the best to eat, what drink you should enjoy the sweets with, and his passion made his arms and his body move a lot so every picture is out of focus haha. but he is such a passionate guy.

It seems he saw the rprevious IG live of TCB and placed an order for both denim and logwood tuxes. He always develops fabulous fades unique to a pastry chef.
