こいつはJacketって呼ぼうと思ってましたが『501XXは誰が作ったのか』で掲載されてる様にOLYMPICシリーズはBLOUSEと記載されているのでBLOUSEと呼ぶのが気分ですね。
大半の人が、１stタイプと呼ぶでしょうし、それとは何が違うの？って話になると思うので触れさせて頂きます。
まずは襟が耳使いの長方形の為、着用時横に広がる少し小ぶりな襟が特徴です。

are cut straight so that some vertical creases on the chest will occur as you wear, which will produce some unique fades

袖山も低くアームホールも直線的な為、独特なシワが入ります。
肩幅も広いのでバストをジャストで着用してても自然と肩が落ちクラシックな印象です。

The collar is cut square, I mean exactly square and the selvedge can prove it, which is one of the unique details from old jackets.
The less angled collar, the more classic it looks.

フロントポケットも、通称ダウンポケットと呼ばれる通常の506で見られる様な位置よりは低く、個人的はこの位置が使いやすいのではないかと思います。
Front pocket is positioned low. Much lower than vintage type 1 but I think this is way more convenient.
